What is My Farrutx?

My Farrutx is the customer area of our website, where you can manage your orders as well as access your order history.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes, by accessing the "Order history and details" section in your account you can see the status of your order at any time. If you have purchased a product through the Purchase as a Guest option, you can track your order through the link we provided to you in the confirmation email. Can I delete an item from my shopping basket?

Yes, you can delete the item(s) you do not want from your shopping basket if you have not already processed your order.

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order if it has not yet been processed. If you wish to change your order after it has been processed, contact us via the "Contact Form" on our website, by calling our Customer Service department at +34 965 681 989 or by emailing us at info@farrutx.com. Please take into account that changes may be made only if they do not exceed the initial price.

Can I cancel my order?

How can I return my order?

Returns and/or exchange request must be done within the next 14 calendar days from the delivery of your order without giving any justification.

Please notice you can only exchange sizes. If you would like a different style or a different material a refund will be made and you will need to make a new purchase.

Returns from Spain and Portugal (only Peninsula)

You may return items ONLY through a messenger/courier we will send to your place. Any shipment sent by any other means will be refused by our warehouse.

You must contact us via our return application form so we can organize the collection at your home, through the following steps:

  1. Log in to your customer account and click on "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS"
  2. Click on the order
  3. Check the item (s) you wish to return
  4. Write the reason you would like to return and click on "RETURN", the size you would like to exchange or any other relevant information about the return.

Within the next 2 working days, you will get an email with the label to be attached on the box. If you have carried out a purchase as a guest, you may request a return through messenger/courier by calling number +34 965681989 and/ emailing to info@farrutx.com or through the contact form on this website.

You must return the goods in the same package you received them in and keeping all the original boxes, papers, or plastics.

Returns from Canary Island, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries (including Portuguese islands)

You must contact us using our return application as per the following steps:

  1. Log in to your customer account and click on "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS"
  2. Click on the order
  3. Check the item (s) you wish to return
  4. Write the reason you would like to return and click on "RETURN", the size you would like to exchange or any other relevant information about the return.

Once you have made your return request, you must proceed with the return of the item using your own carrier and at your own expense and risk. Shipping and/or taxes charges will be always at the customer's expenses. Unpaid deliveries will be refused by our warehouse.

Can I recover my forgotten password?

When logging into your Farrutx account, click on 'Have you forgotten your password?' The system will ask for the email address you used to register and once you provide it you will receive an email with a link through which you can change your password. The new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain numbers and letters, with at least one letter capitalised.

I am having problems browsing your website

If your use Internet Explorer 9 or earlier versions you will have problems browsing our website. We recommend you update your browser or use another one, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 'Free Download' button.
  2. An installation file will download; run it by double-clicking on it.
  3. You may see the following message: "Do you want to allow this program to make changes to your computer?" Click Yes.
  4. A window will appear to start the installation process. Click Install.
  5. When the installation is complete a Firefox window will open.
Shipments to Canarias Ceuta and Melilla

Shipment costs are included in the final price of the invoice. However, customs clearance will be charged to the customer by the carrier when delivering the goods.

Orders from outside the European Union

If you would like to make an order from a country outside the European Union, please send an email to info@farrutx.com specifying your shipping details and items you would like to purchase. In the following hours, you will get a reply confirming you are able to shop online, depending on customs formalities; you will be informed about shipping costs and payment procedures. Please notice, customs or duty taxes will be always paid by the customer in the country of destination.

Returns: Arranging returns, shipping return costs, customs or duty taxes will be at the exclusive expense of the customer.

How can I exchange the size of my shoes?

If you want to change your shoes for another size shall:
From Spanish peninsula & Balearic Islands

  • Log in to your customer account and click on "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS"
  • Click on the order
  • Check the item (s) you wish to return
  • Write the reason the size you wish to exchange
  • Click on "RETURN"
  • Exchanges the Spanish peninsula and Balearic Islands are free of charge, and must be done within the next 14 days from delivery.

From Canary Islands and other countries

  • Log in to your customer account and click on "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS"
  • Click on the order
  • Check the item (s) you wish to return
  • Write the reason the size you wish to exchange
  • Click on "RETURN"
  • Exchanges from Canary Island and other countries must be issued and paid by the customer using his/her own carrier. The return and exchange request must be done within the next 14 days from delivery.
  • Exchanges the Spanish peninsula and Balearic Islands are free of charge, and must be done within the next 14 days from delivery.
